1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

Gym Fit Tech endeavours to keep product information as up-to-date as possible. Specifications are subject to change without notice. Product photographs are illustrative and may not always depict the exact model sold. Accessories (e.g. weight bars, collars) are not included unless stated.

While every effort is made to provide accurate and timely information, Gym Fit Tech cannot be held responsible for typographical or informational errors.

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders for any reason before payment has been confirmed.

An order acknowledgement email does not constitute order acceptance. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your order.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you have provided consent for any minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

2. VAT

All product prices are inclusive of UK Value Added Tax (VAT).
Your cart and checkout will show both VAT-inclusive and exclusive amounts.

3. ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. All material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon solely for decision-making.

4. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE AND PRICES

Although we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occur.
If an error is found, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.
We are under no obligation to fulfil an order at an incorrect price.

Availability may vary. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email with options to wait or cancel for a refund.

Colours and visuals are represented as accurately as possible, but monitor and device differences may affect appearance.

We reserve the right to:

We may provide access to third-party tools (e.g. shipping calculators, finance providers) “as is” and “as available” without warranty or endorsement.

We do not store full payment card details or share customer data with unauthorised third parties.

11. ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

From time to time, there may be errors or omissions regarding product descriptions, prices, promotions, or stock.
We reserve the right to correct or cancel any orders affected by such inaccuracies, including after an order is submitted.

12. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHT TO CANCEL

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you may cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

To cancel, you must notify us in writing or by email.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Personalised or custom-made products are non-refundable.

If goods show signs of use or assembly, deductions may be applied to reflect diminished value.

13. WARRANTIES

All new Gym Fit Tech products come with a minimum one-year parts and labour warranty for domestic use, unless otherwise specified.

Warranty coverage may vary by product type (e.g., light commercial, full commercial).
Consumables and damage due to misuse or improper storage are excluded.

If a product develops a fault, please contact info@gymfittech.com with your order number and fault details.
Depending on the case, we may:

  • Send a replacement part

  • Arrange on-site repair

  • Request a return for inspection and repair

All returns must be pre-authorised. Items must be securely packaged.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Gym Fit Tech, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any applicable law.

15. SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

16. EXTENDED CANCELLATION POLICY

We offer a goodwill return window of up to 60 days from receipt, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and returned at your expense.

Refunds exclude original delivery costs.
Used or assembled items may be refused or subject to deductions.
Custom or commercial orders are non-returnable.

To request a return, email info@gymfittech.com for a Return Materials Authorisation (RMA).
Returns must be sent within 7 days of receiving the RMA.

17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and any linked policies constitute the entire agreement between you and Gym Fit Tech regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements.

18. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
