At GymFit Tech, we provide a fast, reliable UK returns and refund process for all fitness equipment - including micro change plates, heel elevators, and gym accessories - so you can shop with total confidence.

You may return or exchange any item within 28 days of purchase if it is:
Unused and unassembled
In its original packaging with all accessories and manuals
Accompanied by proof of purchase
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify:
The item must be in the same condition you received it - unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds for EU customers are processed in the same way as other returns once goods are received and inspected.
Email info@gymfittech.com with your order number and reason for return with receipt/proof of purchase for the returned parcel
Pack the item securely and send it using a tracked courier.
Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing time: 5 - 10 business days after inspection.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
If your order qualified for free delivery, our actual delivery cost may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges depend on stock availability; if out of stock, we’ll issue a refund.
If your item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturer's fault within its warranty:
We’ll replace, repair or refund at no extra cost.
Report delivery damage within 48 hours or manufacturer faults as soon as possible.
Photos or videos may be requested to speed up resolution.
Returns are not accepted for:
Custom or special-order products
Gift cards or digital codes
Ex-display or clearance items
Any item showing use, assembly or modification
The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Use a tracked courier service for proof of delivery.
If Gym Fit Tech issues a prepaid label for a non-fault return, its cost will be deducted from the refund.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
Recheck your bank or card statement.
Contact your payment provider.
If still unresolved, email info@gymfittech.com.
For orders outside the UK:
Contact us before shipping your return.
Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty.
