DISPATCH INFORMATION

We aim to dispatch all in-stock items on the same working day (Monday–Friday) once payment has been received, excluding public holidays.
Our cut-off time for same-day dispatch is 2:00 PM (UK time).

Larger or bulk orders may require an additional working day to prepare, package, and arrange courier collection to ensure safe transit.

DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS

Deliveries are made by our trusted courier partners between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM on business days.

  • Orders over £100 typically require a signature on delivery.

  • If you are unavailable, the courier may deliver to a neighbour, leave the parcel in a safe location, or provide a calling card to arrange redelivery.

  • Please ensure accurate address and contact details are provided to avoid delivery delays.

STANDARD DELIVERY (UK MAINLAND)

  • Delivery timeframe: Usually within 2–3 working days after your order is placed.

  • Cost: Free UK standard delivery applies to all items shipping to mainland addresses only.

Delivery surcharges may apply to remote or offshore locations as listed below, depending on parcel size and courier fees.

If your postcode falls within these ranges, our team will contact you before dispatch to confirm the additional cost and delivery timeframe.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

We offer Next Working Day Delivery to most UK mainland addresses for £6.99.

  • Cut-off time: 1:00 PM (Monday–Friday).

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed the following business day.

  • Next day delivery is not available for remote or offshore postcodes listed above.

SHIPPING UPDATES AND TRACKING
